CONTINUOUS IMPROV CLASS | Sundays (7/12-9/13) 4:10-6:40

$275.00

The Continuous Class digs deeper into what we established in the Foundational. Focusing on your goals and the foundation we built together, I build a curriculum to satisfy your needs as a performer - this can often branch into more character work, the art of “game” in scenes, short form, longer sets, musical focuses, weaknesses uncovered in the Foundational, and more.

We spend the time to explore more scene work and an array of longer formats that will advance your improv as a whole. No matter the show or style you do, you’ll be prepared to hop into anything.

Once you complete the Foundational Class, you will receive an email if you would like to take the Continuous. Once you have taken the Foundational, you can hop in at any time. I intentionally keep these classes smaller.

This class is only available to those who completed Foundational. It’s not a level-thing, it’s being on the same page! All classes with me are taught with an advanced lens.

Where is Class
Bibliotech on McLendon - 1390 McLendon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307
Street parking available

When is Class
Sundays (7/12-9/13) 4:10-6:40 (OFF 7/26 + 9/6) + Grad Show (Date TBD)

***I am offering another Continuous class on Sundays if that works better. Once you take Foundational, Continuous will always be open to you, and often the lessons change depending on who is in class.

NOTE: If the class does not exceed min capacity, I will refund you and get you the next round. Classes for Continuous range from 12-14 people and the lesson plans are structured for that capacity. However, there is a LOT of interest this round and classes fill up fast, so don't sit on it for too long.

Absents

If you end up having to miss a class due to sickness or travel, there will be options to catch you up, so don't let that deter you from jumping in on the fun! We can spend 10 min before or after class talking through the exercises you missed. Preferably, do not miss more than 2 classes - this is for your sake since each week builds off the last.

Refunds
Limited refunds are available. When you secure your spot, you are taking a spot from someone else. As this program is solely run by me, if you end up dropping the class within the first week, you will get a portion of your money back. After the second week if you choose to drop, there are no refunds.

Other info: a big part of this class is that I'm teaching it and try hard to not have subs so that there is consistency! If by chance I get sick or a conflict arises (which has only happened 5 times in 4 years), we will reschedule to make up for the time missed. Conflicts come up, but rescheduling and catching everyone up will always be a priority.
